Is it easier to work on your goals when you state and publish your goals?
For some people it is easier to work on stated goals because it holds them accountable. Others can start struggling as soon as any writing component or public promise comes in. This year I am trying to incorporate this method too. During last two weeks I made myself comfortable with 15 minutes of daily meditation that combines affirmations, visualizations, intention work and energy healing - so far, so good. Next step is - incorporating 10000 daily steps. Video with affirmations is already made and publish. My goal is just start working on this habit! What goals are you working on?
