Sometimes it is really hard to find and keep stable fulfilling relationship. Why do we keep finding partners who disappoint and upset us? Each of us is functioning within our own system of beliefs formed under past experiences. If I had same experiences as you, I would have the same beliefs as you do and would apply the same strategies to find and stay in a relationship. This quick practice will help you to disband what is in the way of having a happy relationship now, release and replace by something you would rather have. Repeat two times per day, ideally in the morning and before night sleep!
