Reiki and weight loss
In 2013 Cristina Aguilera attributed loss of 30 pounds to Reiki sessions. It will be amazing to recreate such an experiment and see how efficient Reiki is. For simplicity and cost minimizing let's focus on Reiki self-sessions only. If you want to participate in this experiment however you do not have Reiki training contact me if you are in Toronto, I will be pleased to train you and attune to Reiki energy.
We can set the start date and length of experiment asking each participant to give them selves daily Reiki sessions for 20 minutes only with intention to balance the weight to ideal for their height, age and health.
Can we prove Cristina's point and do some good for ourselves?
Once a week the progress will be gathered, analyzed and published.
